kessential.ch delivers to addresses within Switzerland only, including all 26 cantons. We do not currently ship to Liechtenstein, the EU, or any other international destination. Orders placed with a delivery address outside Switzerland will be cancelled and refunded in full. We reserve the right to extend our delivery area at a future date without prior notice.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery via Swiss Post A-Post typically takes 1–2 business days from dispatch. Delivery via Swiss Post B-Post typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during public holidays, periods of high postal volume, or due to circumstances outside our control. kessential.ch accepts no liability for late deliveries caused by Swiss Post or other third parties.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase. Where a free shipping threshold applies, this will be indicated on the website. Free shipping thresholds and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional free shipping offers cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.

Where tracking is available, a dispatch confirmation email containing a Swiss Post tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update following dispatch. kessential.ch is not responsible for inaccuracies in Swiss Post tracking data. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@kessential.ch with your order number.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Swiss Post will leave a collection notice and hold the parcel at your nearest Swiss Post location for a period of 7 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within this period it will be returned to us. In the event of a returned parcel, we will contact you by email. Re-delivery charges may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days of our contact, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund minus any applicable shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing from your parcel, please contact us at hello@kessential.ch within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 calendar days of delivery may not be accepted. kessential.ch reserves the right to request additional information to support any claim.

All orders are fulfilled within Switzerland and are subject to Swiss VAT where applicable. No import duties or customs charges apply to domestic Swiss deliveries. For the avoidance of doubt, kessential.ch does not accept orders for delivery outside Switzerland and accepts no responsibility for any cross-border charges that may arise if a customer arranges onward shipping of their order to an international address.

kessential.ch shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver orders arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, pandemic-related disruptions, postal service failures, severe weather, or any other event constituting force majeure under Swiss law. In such circumstances we will endeavour to notify affected customers and fulfil orders as soon as reasonably practicable.
