By placing an order on kessential.ch you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email. A contract is formed at the point of this confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases you will be notified and fully refunded. All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal and Twint. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely by the respective payment provider. We do not store payment card details on our systems.

We deliver within Switzerland only. Orders are dispatched via Swiss Post. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs and any free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Swiss Post or circumstances outside our control. For full details see our Shipping Policy.

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method. Due to Swiss hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective or incorrect. For full details see our Returns Policy.

We take care to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists and images are accurate. However, product formulations may change. Always check the product packaging for the current ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Products sold on kessential.ch are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not medicinal products and do not claim to treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, consult a dermatologist before use. If you experience an adverse reaction to any product purchased from kessential.ch, stop use immediately and contact us at hello@kessential.ch. We take all reports of adverse reactions seriously and may follow up to support our product safety monitoring.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products you have purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from kessential.ch, including the websites of product manufacturers.

All content on kessential.ch — including text, images, product descriptions and blog posts — is the property of KESSENTIAL or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of kessential.ch shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Vaud, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of your place of residence provide otherwise.
